The coupling device (1) has 3 contacting parallel steel plates (2,3,4), one of the outer plates having a channel indent (2.1) for reception and clamping of an earthing conductor, the other outer plate having a parallel channel indent (4.1) with a bore for receiving the shaft (5.2) of a threaded bolt (5), with the head (5.1) of the threaded bolt contacting one surface of the inner plate and the earth conductor contacting its opposite surface.
