Tube fitting has a sealing head (3) with a male fitting having a balancing bore (14) forming a flow channel for the medium passing through the fitting on the low pressure side of a sealing device provided on the sealing head. The balancing bore extends at an angle to the axis defined by the male fitting so that the media stream hits the fitting body (2) in the region of the mouth of the balancing bore. A release and/or atomizing of the media stream occurs in the mouth region of the balancing bore. Two balancing bores are provided. The male fitting is formed as a spigot nut (4).
