Method for predicting antigen epitops involves two steps. In a first step potential antigen epitops are predicted using known prediction algorithms. Each potential epitop is then compared with a database of molecular biological information including known epitops, whether a potential epitop has already been modeled as a peptide sequence in the laboratory and any other relevant information. Comparison is carried out using a data mining or text mining processes.
