A frame (2) limits an air outlet opening (AOO) (3). A ventilation flap (VF) (5) has a closed position on the frame to seal the AOO, to prevent dirty air from the outside environment (7) from entering a motor vehicle interior (MVI) (6). Air pressure in the MVI raised in contrast to the environment automatically sets the VF in an open position partly releasing the AOO so as to ventilate the MVI.
