Where the hollow pipe is formed by extruding a light alloy and has a rib (31) integral on its inner face which runs in the longitudinal direction an anti-vibration element (30) is inserted into the hollow pipe to restrict its vibration. The position of the anti vibration element in the hollow pipe is secured in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction through the rib. The anti vibration element is made from an elastic material and has a groove for elastic engagement with the rib.
