Electromagnetic force activates a moving element (ME) (14). A valve element (VE) (11) carries out opening/closing in unison with the operation of the ME. A movement-switch-over mechanism (11b,14b,15) enlarges or reduces dimensions of movement in the VE in relation to the dimensions of movement in the ME, in order to increase or reduce drive force in the VE in relation to drive force in the ME.
