Fuel injection device operating method for internal-combustion engine, involves operating valve element by electromagnet, which is strongly active during closing movement of shift valve than during impact of valve element on valve seat
The method involves operating a nozzle needle (18) by influencing a pressure in a hydraulic control space (20). The pressure in the hydraulic control space is influenced by a shift valve (24) with a valve element (28) that is charged per spring pressure in closing direction and operated by an electromagnet (34), which is strongly active during closing movement of the shift valve than during impact of the valve element on a valve seat (30). Current supply of the electromagnet is ended directly before impact of the valve element on the valve seat. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program for operating a fuel injection device for an internal-combustion engine (2) a control- and/or regulating device for an internal combustion engine.
