The rotary piston motor (1) has a first connection (30) to which a storage chamber (2) for water steam (10) is attached and has a second connection (31) to which a condensation chamber (3) for water steam is attached. The condensation chamber includes a cold-water spraying unit (6) and has a light flap (5) in its cover. Both chambers can be loaded with water steam from technical processes. The water heat inlet can be locked-up in the condensation chamber. A current generator (2) or an air compressor is connected to the motor shaft of the rotary piston motor. Independent claims are also included for water steam outlet and for water steam discharge from turbines or other technical processes.
