The upper area of the device is designed as a c-shaped profile which can be joined to a horizontally positioned holding element fixed to the top of a vertical or horizontal bar as required. A horseshoe-shaped extension at the lower edge of the profile is provided with a multitude of holes for the insertion of hooks attached to the tips of the finger holding elements. The device can be moved along the holding element into the appropriate position and is locked with a bolt engaging with a recess provided at a slot located at the holding element.
