The invention relates to a wheel bearing for a wheel on a child's perambulator, especially a pushchair, buggy or doll's pram, comprising a wheel hub whose guide bushing encompasses a bearing journal on a perambulator frame, and means for detachably preventing a wheel from becoming disassociated therefrom. The bearing journal is rotatably mounted on the frame of the perambulator and is embodied in the form of a laterally protruding bearing head (1) on which the wheel with the bushing (2) can be placed in order to be secured against rotation. The bearing journal (5) can be a shaft which is rotationally mounted in a sliding bearing or in at least one spherical bearing or roller bearing in at least one bearing bushing (4) either adjacent to or in a holder (3) of the frame of the perambulator and has a laterally protruding bearing head (1) on which the wheel with the bushing (2) can be secured against rotation. The means for securing the wheel against disassociation or on the bearing head (1) and counter means actively connected thereto are provided in or adjacent to the bushing (2) of the wheel.
