The platform is constructed as follows: (a) bringing the filling material and binding material to the ballast surface (3), (b) mixing the ballast and filling material for construction of a covering layer, (c) planning of the mixed layer, (d) lifting out of the longitudinal recesses in the mixed layer, (e) insertion of a protective layer in the recesses, (f) positioning of a track above the mixed layer, (g) pouring of the protective layer on the concrete layer.
