The facade or light roof has a framework formed by post and beam profiles, on which filling plates (10) are fixed. On one post profile (1) middle ribs are provided, forming a screw groove for fixture devices. Next to the screw groove on both sides a groove (3) is formed in the post profile (1), into which a seal (4) is drawn. A filling plate is clamped to the seal. Between two filling plates a facade component (11) with a step-shaped projecting section (12) and a U-shaped foot (8) fixed to the post profile is provided. The step-shaped section extends between the two seals (4) locating on the filling plates. The lateral grooves extend further from the post profile than the base of the U-shaped foot.
