A fan-less cooling device in which the cooling unit comprises of the units of a heat take-up plate with fixture capability for the hard disk drive with and/or without stacked or integrated cooling laminations and/or cooling fins, one and/or several liquid coolers, one and/or several cooling walls with and./or without fixture devices for the liquid cooler, in which the heat take-up end of the liquid cooler is thermally coupled to the heat take-up plate, and the heat-emitting end of the liquid cooler is thermally coupled to the cooling wall.
