A door has a warm side and a cold side, with a self-operating bottom edge thermal seal to the floor. The seal is contained within a housing consisting of two or more profiles (1, 2). At least one of the profiles sections (1) is made of a material which has a poorer heat conductivity than aluminium and is pref. plastic. the second profiled section (2) is pref. of aluminium.
