The frame is for windows, doors or facing panels and is of the type where all the members are faced externally with aluminium sections. The uprights and crosspieces of the frame are made of timber sections with have on the side two symmetrical grooves diagonally opposite in relation to the longitudinal axis of the section, defining the location of the aluminium and timber sections allows the metal to expand freely, at the same time reducing the conductivity of heat and sound.
