The sealing cap for an emptied drink can consists of an elastic material which may be rubber, duoplast or thermoplast. The shape of the sealing cap is optional and conforms to the respective shape of the opening lever. The shape of the sealing lip is optional and conforms to the respective shape of the can opening. The shape of the sealing cap is optional and corresponding to the predetermined attachment arrangement of the opening lever while folding back the opening lever after the opening process, the sealing lip is guided through the can opening.
