Adjustable neck-rest for car seat, comprising mechanism integrated in seat back

A neck-rest could up until now only added to a car seat with a holding device enveloping the back rest which can be easily moved unintentionally into an uncomfortable position. The new design of a neck support (5) is attached to the back part already during assembly, facilitating the adjusting mechanism to be completely or partly accommodated behind the cover or integrated in the upholstery. The mechanism can be operated in any suitable way, as with a belt or with guide rods.
