The car seat-carrying stroller comprises a car seat having a shell with a back support and a leg support, a napper bar with a locking mechanism to allow the car seat to be rearward or forward facing w.r.t the stroller, a fold-down mechanism, an adjustable foot rest, and a locking adjustment connecting a push bar to a handle, and a rotational lock movable w.r.t the lock adjustment. The car seat-carrying stroller has a frame with a forward sub-frame foldably connected to a rear sub-frame with wheels mounted to it. The stroller is movable between a use position and a folded position. The stroller comprises a car seat with a shell having a back support and a leg support, the shell having a back tongue extending from the shell opposite the back support and a leg tongue extending from the shell opposite the leg support. A napper bar extends from the frame and has a locking mechanism to receive either the back tongue or the leg tongue to allow the seat to be either rearward or forward facing w.r.t the stroller. The napper bar is foldable. A fold-down mechanism connects the rear sub-frame to the forward sub-frame, and the fold-down mechanism is coupled to the napper bar. An adjustable foot rest has a body slidable on the forward sub-frame, and has a front rim and a back rim, and a collar between the rims. A lock adjustment connects the push bar to a handle bar, and has a collar secured to either the push bar or the handle bar, and a rotational lock movable w.r.t the lock adjustment. Loosening the lock adjustment allows slidable movement between the push bar and handle bar, and tightening of the lock adjustment precluded movement of the handle bar w.r.t the push bar. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a stroller for carrying a car seat, which has at least one locking tongue; (2) a stroller for carrying a car seat in two directions; and (3) two further strollers.
