The extremely flat platform module (11) is provided with openings (1) for the insertion of the guide wires and covers the front- and the adjacent teeth. A slot (4) in the center facilitates the later insertion of the screw joining the device (11) to the upper jaw. The guide module is at least of a width fitting between the guide wires and of the same height. The small palatine module covers the screw joining area (4). All parts are made of one layer amalgamating with the synthetic material used in dentistry and one layer keeping separate.
