The module comprises heat convection laminated cooling body, several heat pipes, and adaptor systems for heat reception ends of heat pipes. The cooling body contains a metal base plate with heat conductive coefficient higher than Al. At least on one side is fitted a plate of Al and/or its alloys with and/or without cooling fins and/or cooling lamellae. There is a mechanical, or metallic interconnection of this lamination parts and for the end of heat pipes. The heat pipe is orthogonal, and/or parallel and/or at an angle to base plate.
