Dough is spread on a conveyor belt (Fb1) by a feeder (Tv) after which filling, e.g. fruit, is added by a second feeder (Bv). The assembly is then formed into a roll by an inclined turning roller (Bw) and fed to a shaped forming roller (Fr). The forming roller also contains knives (Me1, Me2, Me3) that cut the products (Wt) to length on to a second conveyor (Fb2).
