The packing comprises a cubic carton which on at least one of its end faces has two half-flaps (30,32,34,36) which are connected to the free edges (38,40,42,44) of two opposite side walls (12,14) of the carton. Each half flap is connected by a collapsible blank section (50) to one of the other sidewalls (16,18) which adjoin the sidewalls provided with the half flaps. The blank section with the corresponding blank section on the opposite half-flap forms an erectable pouring spout (70).
