The cubic transporting container of wood or derived timber product includes at least two opposite lying sidewalls (1) forming preferably the broad sides and with inner lying framing timbers upon which are fastened planks. The aforesaid sidewalls are detachably connected to the bottom (3), and at least one additional sidewall formed by a sealing panel (5), and the lid (2), are screwed to the opposite lying sidewalls. The framing timbers on their side facing the sealing panel are equipped with dowels into which are screwed screws (9) which penetrate the sealing panel.
