A set of fire service cutting shears is worn in a holster which has the form of the cutting shears and holds no other utensils or material. The holster is worn on a waist belt. The holster further has two inflammable loops with push-operated closures to hold a compressed air respirator. The shears are further retained by a signal-color safety strap. The holster is designed to be operated while wearing fire-protective gloves.
