The frame assembly incorporates rectangular front (1), middle (2), and rear frames enclosing a LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) in picture format. The horizontal long outer frame members (11) have solid front surfaces and extend the full width of the frame and are connected together at their ends by short vertical members (12) with perforated front surfaces. The middle frame has horizontal (21) and vertical (22) frame members connected together by miter joints. The inner frame has broad horizontal (34) and vertical frame members (32) with mitered joints.
