The device for the fastening of clip locks (1) on crown cork bottles (3) has the clip locks fastened in clamps (2) by a pivot mounting. The clip lock with the fitted clamp is fastened through a one-sided opening on the bottle. The clip lock clamp may be a bent wire component, whereby the pivotable mounting of the clip lock is achieved by coiling of the wire.
