A panel computer has mini-flex ITX board and Pentium 3(r) and/or Pentium 4(r) processor and fan cooling unit. The housing system is multipart, and consists of at least one housing for the display unit and a part housing and/or housing for the mini-flex ITX board and Pentium 3(r) and/or Pentium 4(r) processor. The (part) housing are optimally designed for insertion of the mini-flex ITX board with cooling of the processor via the fan.
