The profile offers fastening possibilities for guides of the handling device. The guides can be fastened to the extremities (10d) of the limbs (10a), whereby the extremities (10d) can elastically move in relation to the limbs (10a). As a result, the profile rail is designed such that it is as elastic as possible for receiving guides, however, it can also be designed to be as stiff as necessary according to requirements.
