The system has a carrier (4) to receive the objects (2) and is quickly moved up to the packaging (3) by means of a drive. When the carrier is sharply decelerated or stopped the kinetic energy of the objects allows them to slide off the carrier and into the packaging. The carrier on its side furthest away from the packaging has a retaining element (8) to hold the objects during the acceleration phase. A stop element (12), preferably with a spring (13), is provided to halt the motion of the carrier loaded with the objects.
