PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the amplifier circuit having a large drive capability even when driven at a low voltage, having a large voltage amplitude as an output waveform and driven at a low power consumption. ;SOLUTION: An output circuit 1 has a P MOS transistor(TR) Q1 connected between a power level node and an output node and an N-MOS (TR) Q2 connected between a ground level node and the output node. A voltage-current conversion circuit 2 provides a value in response to a voltage between a level of a received input signal and a comparison level. A signal conversion circuit 3 controls a potential of a gate electrode of the MOS TR Q1, based on an output of the voltage-current conversion circuit 2 by referencing the potential of the gate electrode of the MOS TR Q1 on the basis of a 2nd prescribed potential and a potential of a gate electrode of the N-channel MOS TR Q2 is controlled on the basis of a 1st prescribed potential as a reference.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
