The panel has two quadrangular principal faces and four peripheral sections (17) for making a modular enclosure. It has a web (14), a facing (16) covering one of the principal faces and a profile (18) positioned on one of its four peripheral sections. The profile comprises a first part (21) extending along the peripheral section projecting perpendicularly to it, flush with one of the principal faces and intended to receive a folded edge (23) of the facing. A second part (24) extends along the peripheral section projecting perpendicularly to it intended to be fixed by the clipping of an intermediate fixing element (27).
