摘要

The invention concerns a method for real-time frequency analysis of a non-stationary signal and a corresponding analysing circuit. The invention is characterised in that it consists in: sampling the signal, digitising it, and breaking it down into sub-bands. In each sub-band, modelling the signal with an autoregressive filter whereof the transfer function is in the form 1/A(z). Using a time- and order-recursive adaptive method, in calculating all the polynomials A(z) having a degree included between 1 and a maximum value; estimating the order of the model and retaining the polynomial having said order; calculating the roots of said polynomial and monitoring the components, thereby obtaining the frequency and amplitude of the sinusoidal components of the signal. The invention is applicable in aeronautics, electrodynamics, mechanics, seismics, zoology and other fields.
