Method for management of a continuous fabrication installation for mixing water with different granulates, with each granulate distributed by a hopper equipped with an extractor that deposes its product onto a conveyor belt from where it is transported into a mixer. Accordingly the method involves measurement of conveyor belt speed and thus material flow for each granulate, with at the same time continuous measurement of the moisture level in each granulate at least one position upstream of the mixer. An Independent claim is made for a manufacturing installation for producing of water and granulate mixtures for used in binding compounds.
