The compact insulation system has an external skin constituted from smooth prefabricated concrete facing plates (1), insulating panels (2) and interior concrete block walls (3). The plates are reinforced by metal scantling sidings (4) and sealed from the air and rain by watertight strips (6) located along horizontal and vertical joints.
