A fixed ferromagnetic circuit (1) has a tubular portion (1a) and a rod-like portion (1b) extending along X-axis of the tubular portion, which are magnetically coupled at one end by a movable unit (2) and at other end by a concentration unit (1c) which concentrates magnetic flux in an air gap of the circuit. A Hall effect sensor (5) in the air gap outputs an electrical signal corresponding to magnetic induction in air gap.
