Method for predicting the temperature of articles (P) passing through the chamber (2) of a cooling installation that uses a coolant (4). An Independent claim is also provided for a corresponding device for predicting the temperature or articles being cooled and or frozen in a cooling chamber and an installation for cooling or freezing articles.
