The support includes two fixing bases (2) connected to each other by a central web (3), one of the bases fixed to the frame (4) of the aerial electric line and the other receiving the end of the lightning protector (5). The support comprises two right sectional U-shaped elements, having two side wings (2a) and a wing forming the web (3a), each element formed by machining from the same piece, for ensuring continuity of material between the lateral wings and the wing forming the web, and the two elements being joined to one another by upper surfaces of their wings forming the web.
