The system has a clip (4) having a lower guiding pad (5). The pad has two lateral wings (6, 7) to be engaged at the time of mounting in two longitudinal slots (8, 9) of two successive boards (2) through a central screw (10) crossing the clip for screwing the boards in a reference support (3). A constant thickness of the wings and a relative height of the pad ensures sliding and locking of the clip in the support. An independent claim is also included for a decor panel having a fixation system.
