The device is composed of a stirrup shaped piece (1) comprising at its base a flat rectilinear part (2) and two curved and supple arms (3) with an outer flanged rim (4). They are connected to an inverted U handle (7) composed of two branches (5,6) with an indentation (8) in their base. Re-clamping of the branches allow the bag to be threaded against the rims. The bag is locked in place by a locking tab (10).
