The present invention relates to a precursor of an immunological tracer characterized in that it comprises a nonpeptide hapten coupled to a motif TYR (X) n-LYS or LYS (X) n-TYR in which X is chosen from a single bond , an amino acid, with the exception of Lysine, Glutamine, Asparagine or Tyrosine, a succinyl group, a hydroxymethyl group -CH (OH) -, a methylene group: -CH2-, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom , an oxyethylene group -CH 2 -O-, or a methylamine group -CHNH- and n is an integer between 1 and 20, preferably between 1 and 10, most preferably between 1 and 2. The invention also relates to preparation of said precursors the use of these for the preparation of immunological markers useful in competitive immunoassays.
