The shutter (10) comprises: (1) rigid flat support (11) with bearings or pivot; (2) block of foam material (15) to absorb vibrations and noise; and (3) rigid open-work cover (16) to hold block in place. The cover is a grill (18) with a frame (17) fixed to the support, preferably by clips. The support has an overmolded layer of a more supple material covering its reinforcing ribs (13) and/or forming seal lips (14).
