Method has the following steps: filling of two reservoirs on the internal face of a sleeve (1); connection of a pressure sensor (6) to a first reservoir (3); connection of a pressure tube from a large volume reservoir to the second sleeve reservoir (11) and attachment of a photoplethysmography sensor using a flexible membrane. The sleeve is then placed around the penis and pressure inside the first reservoir measured. The sensor emits a light ray towards the membrane for photoplethysmography measurements and the results are recorded and displayed. An Independent claim is included for a corresponding system.
