An apparatus comprises an collapsible enclosure (2), preferably an inflatable type enclosure having a collapsible floor of adjustable height, a transportable container (4), such as a vehicle, and means to erect the enclosure. Preferably monitoring means in the form of a window, or audio visual means are provided, and the monitoring means may be controlled from an external mobile enclosure (6). The apparatus may further include means to provide music, ambient light or special effects within the enclosure.
