PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a survival rate improving agent effective for remarkably improving the survival rate of useful microorganism during the distribution, storage and marketing of foods, drinks or feeds and having excellent dispersibility and emulsion stability in the foods without deteriorating the appearance, taste and flavor of the foods, drinks or feeds and provide foods, drinks or feeds having improved survival rate of various kinds of useful microorganisms in foods to improve the quality of the food, contribute to the safety and preservability and help the health of human being, widely used in the field of drinks, health foods and pharmaceuticals and having physiologically activity such as intestine regulating function, immunoactivating action and cholesterol level depressing action.
