NOODLE END-TREATING APPARATUS AND AUTOMATIC CONTINUOUS NOODLE-HANGING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle end-treating apparatus which can downsize, lighten and compact a noodle-hanging apparatus, facilitate the insertion of pipes, shorten a noodle end-treating time, and reduce the loss of noodle lines, and to provide a noodle-hanging apparatus equipped with the same.;SOLUTION: This noodle end-treating apparatus is provided with a holding means 51 for nipping and holding noodle lines 28 at stages between pipes 5 at the upper and lower stages and noodle guide pipes 29 stopped on the lateral sides of the pipes 5 with a pressing chopstick 54 and a receiving chopstick 55, and with a cutting means 52 for nipping and shearing the noodle lines with a blade 57 integrally disposed with the pressing chopstick 54 and a blade 58 integrally disposed with the receiving chopstick 58 between the holding means 51 and the pipes 5. The pressing chopstick 54 is rotated from the upper side of the upper stage noodle guide pipe 29 to the lower side of the noodle guide pipe 29 through a space between the pipes 5 and the noodle guide pipes 29. The receiving chopstick 55 faces the pressing chopstick 54 on the lower side of the noodle guide pipe 29.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
