PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which prevents urine from adhering to hands, trousers or the like, keeps underpants from getting dirty with residual urine, and provides a sanitary equipment which does not burden a manager or a cleaning person of a bathroom with urinals and its periphery getting dirty with urine.;SOLUTION: The invented urinary wiping paper serving device is provided with a holding member which holds the urinary wiping paper, the urinary wiping paper held in the holding member and a removal means for pulling out the urinary wiping paper held in the holding member, and that the urinary wiping paper is made of the material which easily dissolves in the water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
