PRECAST LINING SLAB FOR TUNNEL INNER SURFACE, AND SECONDARY LINING STRUCTURE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast lining slab for a tunnel inner surface, which facilitates work execution for high-quality secondary lining, and achieves shortening of a work execution period and reduction in work execution costs, and to provide a secondary lining structure using the precast lining slab.;SOLUTION: A steel segment has a lining slab bearing section S which is formed of the tip of each of a side frame and a rib 2a on an inside 40 of a tunnel, for bearing the precast lining slab 1. The lining bearing section S has high nuts 4 fixed thereto, and the precast lining slab 1 having notches 1a into which the high nuts 4 are insertable is arranged on the lining slab bearing section S. Then washers 3 are mounted on washer housing bottom surfaces 1c, respectively, and the bolts 5 are firmly screwed into the high nuts 4, respectively. Further, concrete 8 is filled in a gap between the precast lining slab 1 and the steel segment, to thereby form the secondary lining section 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
