PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify visual confirmation by an operator without complicating an operation. PSOLUTION: One business form is defined as one page, and business form data where a plurality of business forms are gathered as one file are read, and the business form of the first page is displayed in a window. After an item to be confirmed in the business form of the first page is scrolled and displayed in response to an instruction from an operator, the display area is fixed and stored. When the display of the business form of the second page is instructed by the operator, the same area as the display area of the business form of the first page is displayed in the window. Also, the item to be confirmed may be displayed at the central part of the window as necessary, or the item to be confirmed may be retrieved across the plurality of pages (business forms).
