P2P CONTENTS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, P2P CONTENTS DISTRIBUTION CHARGING METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an efficient charging process to contents distribution by P2P such as occasional charging for each contents, or charging and return for contents redistributed from a distribution destination to a contents provider.;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a distribution/charging management server 6 which has a function producing authentication information for access used for access authentication of a reception server 2 on a contents request side to a distribution server 1 on a contents distribution side, a function notifying the distribution server 1 and the reception server 2 of the produced authentication information for the access, and a function executing a payment process of a distribution fee of the contents paid to a user of the distribution server 1 from the reception server 2. In the distribution/charging management server 6, genealogical information about each computer distributing the contents is stored in a storage device in each the contents distributed between the computers such as the distribution server 1 or the reception server 2, and a part of a use fee of the contents paid from the reception server 2 is distributed to each the computer specified by the genealogical information in addition to the distribution server 1, at a predetermined ratio.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
