PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dam discharge water modifying technique capable of improving the quality of dam discharge water without using a power source such as an electric source or the like and also excellent in durability. PSOLUTION: The water of a dam lake 2 flowing in from a discharge intake port 3a is sent into the bank outside valve chamber 6b arranged on the downstream side from a dam 1 through a discharge pipeline 3, a cut-off valve 4 and a discharge pipe 5 and a part thereof is supplied to a dam discharge water modifying apparatus 7 through a cut-off valve 13 while the remainder thereof is discharged into a water tank 9 while the force and quantity of water is adjusted by a cone sleeve valve 8. The dam discharge water supplied to the dam discharge water modifying apparatus 7 flows in a fine air bubble generator 12 through a discharge water supply passage 14 to be discharged into the water tank 9 as modified fine air bubble-containing water BW. This water BW is mixed with dam discharge water to be discharged as excess water, keeping water, water for water supply or the like through discharge water channels 10 and 11. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
